Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 2 small onions, finely chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
  • 1 C (250 ml) long grain rice
  • 2 C (500 ml) Chicken Broth Mix, prepared
  • Lemon rind, grated
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
  • 1 recipe prepared Le Taj Finishing Sauce Mix

Preparation


 
  • In a medium saucepan, sauté onions and celery in oil until tender.
  • Add rice, Chicken Broth, and lemon zest. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and let simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, add lemon juice and Le Taj Secret Sauce.
